Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, the minimum order quantity is 100£ (net) plus shipping costs. This does not apply to sample orders, which you can order without a minimum order value.

Can I also order as a private person?

No, is only aimed at business customers or corporate customers. 

Is it possible to order without a customer account?

No, as we only sell to business customers via our wholesale shop, a VAT ID is required before you can register.

Can I cancel an order I have placed?

If you have discovered an error in your order too late, please call us immediately on 05431 - 93 234. Our business hours are from: 09:00 - 13:00 and from 14:00 - 16:00.

Please note: However, orders that have already been picked cannot be cancelled.

By when do I have to complete my order so that my goods are dispatched on the same day?
We always try to dispatch our completed orders on the same working day. In order to complete orders, we must first receive payment.
This may take a little longer for a bank transfer than for payment via PayPal. Please note that our parcels are collected by DPD at around 11am!

Can I still change billing or delivery addresses afterwards?
Yes, as long as your order is still with us, you can send us changes at any time by e-mail to

Yes, express shipping is available for an additional charge.

Can I combine orders to save on shipping costs?
Several orders can of course be combined into one invoice.
Please let us know in good time, as all orders are processed Mon. - Fri. in the morning and are dispatched (after receipt of payment) at midday.
